Cadastral surveying

Structural analytics

Through our constant development in technical methods and regular training of our employees, Linsinger ZT GmbH is the leading cultural heritage survey office in Europe. Among other things, this is evidenced by the numerous orders we have carried out for well-known institutions such as the Volkswagen Foundation, the Siemens Foundation and the Mellon Foundation (USA). For our services and innovations, we have been awarded, among others, the state prize for consulting and the Austrian innovation prize.
With the ever increasing demands for inventory survey and documentation, new and more effective methods have been developed over the years. Naturally, there has also been an increase in the required degree of specialization of those performing the work and in the possible information density of the interpretation results. This usually results in a rise in the cost of increasingly complex analytics. Keeping an overview of the methods and possibilities is becoming more and more difficult in light of the rapid development in new processes and can hardly be guaranteed. Specialization is an indispensible prerequisite in the field structural analytics when it comes to achieving purposeful investigations and adequate analyses of sustainable measures.
In addition to imperfection, settlement and distortion surveying and millimeter-precise documentation of building movement and deformation with our innovative 4D measurement methods, many of our customers want more information about the structural causes of such deformations – preferably from a single source. This not only has great time-related advantages, but is also a question of potential cost savings and the overall responsibility that is part of ever more complex and detailed observations. Because we want to meet the flood of customer requests submitted to us, after discussing and consulting with internationally renowned experts we established the working group Structural analytics and structural monitoring in the preservation of historical monuments, ArgeBSMD, in our new Linsinger Bauanalytik division.
ArgeBSMD is a free cooperative association, which aims to offer the best possible quality and maximum scope by reviewing the structural analytics of damaged monuments as part of mutually agreed on project work. Partners in the working group are exclusively recognized professional institutions and laboratories and proven specialist companies in restoration and preservation of historical monuments. The choice of partner is subject to the high demands on technical expertise and the compiled references. Of course if the customer wishes, external experts can also be involved in the work of ArgeBSMD who are committed to the professionalism and quality of the offered service. Our aspiration is a holistic structural analysis that is coordinated with all the involved parties for the good and benefit of monuments and to the gain of our customers –

A look at the innermost structure.
